RESOLUTION NO. 26VV RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following nmned persons to the property set forth immediately following their names, as follows: H. C. Head, Anna G. Head and Ruth C. Barton Lot Twenty (20) of Tract No. 875 Santa Ana Mortgage and Inyes~ment Comp~Ty . . J _ Lots Eleven (11~, Twelve (12) Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) of "Constantine's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana", as shown on a Map recorded in BOok 23, page 32 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, CalifOrnia. Also: Beginning at the South-west corner of Lot Fifteen (15) of Constantine's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 23, page 32 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, Md running thence West to a point 17.8 feet East from the South-east corner of Lot Twenty-seven (27) of "McFadden-Wilson Addition to Santa Aha", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 28, page 9 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence North along a line drawn parallel with the East line of said Lot Twenty-seven (27) and the Northerly prolongation thereof to its point of intersection with the Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of "Constantine's Addition to the Town of Santa Aha" as shown on a Map recorded in Book 23, page 32 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence East in a direct line to the North-west corner of Lot Fifteen (15) of said "Constantine's Addition to the Town of Santa Aha"; thence South in a direct line to the point of beginning. J. William Sackman and Gertrude E. Sackman Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Olive Street, 40 feet in width as it existed Southerly frc~ Eighth Street prior to 1933, with the center line of Eighth Street; thence South along the West line of said Olive Street above mentioned a distance of 453.2 feet to an intersection with the North line of that property conveyed by Grace Puterbaugh and Mrs. H. L. Mattson, to the City of Santa Ana by deed dated May 4th, 1932, recorded January 13, 1933, in Boo~ 593, page 252 of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence West 153.37 feet to the North-west comer of the land so conveyed to said City of Santa Ana; thence South along the West line of said parcel a distance of 33.5 feet to a point distant 34 feet Northerly, measured at right angles from the North line of Block w~ of "Grouard's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 23, page 38 of Miscellaneous Records of ~ Angeles County, California; thence West along a line drawn parallel to and distant ~ feet Northerly of the North line of said Block "B" of "Grouard's Addition", a distance of 76.48 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line drawn parallel to Olive Street a distance of 48V.2 feet to an intersection with the center li~e of Eighth Street; thence East along the center line of Eighth Street a distance of 229.85 feet to the point of beginning. All of said property is in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California.
