<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROP~RTY
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
<br />
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of that certain real
<br />property hereinafter described, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the various parcels hereinafter described consist of certain lots
<br />and parcels of land within the City of Santa Ana, which said property has been acquired
<br />by the City of Santa Aha, by deed and/or purchase from the owners of the fee title
<br />thereto and/or from the County Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of
<br />California, under the provisions of the Statutes of the State of California, in such
<br />cases made and provided, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has no use for said property or any thereof
<br />for public purposes, and it is the opinion of the City Council that said property shoul¢
<br />be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order that the same may again be placed
<br />upon the tax rolls of the City of Santa Aha, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, an offer has been made for the purchase of said parcels by private
<br />individuals, and an opportunity has arisen to sell the same into private ownership;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha does hereby
<br />declare that it intends to and will at a regular meeting of said City Council to be
<br />held on the 7th day of August, 1939, sell said property at the price hereinafter
<br />set forth irmnedlately following the description of said parcels to the persons who have
<br />offered in writing to purchase the same at said price, unless at said meeting the City
<br />Council shall receive a bid for said parcels at least ten per cent (10%) in excess of
<br />said bid, in which event said property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at
<br />said meeting, and the Mayor and C%ty Clerk will thereupon be directed to make, execute
<br />and deliver a deed to such property to the said highest bidder upon receipt of the
<br />amount of said bid; the said property is described as follows:

<br />State of California, more particularly described as follows:
