RESOLUTION NO. 2679 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO SE~L REAL PROPERTY BE IT R~OLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: THAT, W~EREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of that certain real property hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the various parcels hereinafter described consist of certain lots and parcels of land within the City of Santa Aha, which said property has been acquired by the City of Santa Aha, by deed and/or purchase from the owners of the fee title thereto and/or from the County Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, under the provisions of the Statutes of the State of Callformia, in such oases made and provided, and WnEHEAS, the City of Santa Aha has no use for s aid prcperty or any thereof for public purposes, and it is the opinion of the City Council that said property shoul, be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order ~hat the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Santa Ana, and WHERE;£, an offer has been made for the purchase of said parcels by private individuals, and an opportunity has arisen to sell the same into private ownership; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby declare that it intends to and will at a regular meeting of said City Council to be held on the 21st day of August, 1939, sell said property at the price hereinafter set forth immediately following the description of said parcels to the persons who have offered in writing to purchase the same at said price, unless at said meeting the City Council shall receive a bid for said parcels at least ten per cent (10%) in excess of said bid, in which event said property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at said meeting, and the Mayor and City Clerk will thereupon be directed to make, execute and deliver a deed to such property to the said highest bidder upon receipt of the amount of said bid; the said property is described as follows: That certain real property situate in the City of Santa Ana, County of 0range: State of California, more particularly described as follows: Lot 17 in Block il of Tract No. 352 Lot 18, Dlock 22, of Tract No. 352 Lot 19 of Tract No. 532 Lot 29, Tract No. 608 . . · · · $925.00 A parcel of land on the East side of Louise Street and beginning at a point approximately ~74 ft.
