RESOLUTION N0. 2809 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, does <br /> <br />hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property <br /> <br />set forth inunediately following their names, as follows: <br /> <br />Robert R. ¥ost <br />Lot FOur (4) Block Six <br />Lot Five (5) Block Six <br /> <br />(6) and West ten (10) feet of <br />(6) "Blee's Addition to Santa Aha" <br /> <br />Archie D. Kightlinger and Pearl Kightlinger <br />Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Four (4)of Tract No. 51V <br /> <br />Clarence Arthur Nisson and Vera M. Nisson <br />That portion of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of the "Potts Borden and <br />Sidwell Tract", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 624 <br />of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, <br />described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the East line of Section One (1) <br />Township Five (5) South, Range Ten (10) West, S.~..B.&.M., said <br />point bearing South O0° 45~ West 8V8.6 feet from the North-east <br />corner of said Section One; thence from said point of beginning <br />North 49° 30~ West 60.$4 feet to a point; thence North 89° 15' <br />West 619.54 feet to an intersection with the North-easterly <br />right of way line of Santa Aha Boulevard, VO feet in width, <br />as acquired in 1930; thence South-easterly following along said <br />North-easterly right of way line 278.06 feet to a point; thence <br />South 89° 10' East 515.5~ feet to a point in the East line of <br />said Section One which point bears South O0° 45' West 1074.28 <br />feet from the North-east corner of said Section One; thence <br />North O0° 45' East 190.68 feet to the point of~beginning. <br /> Excepting and reserving therefrom the Easterly 33 feet for <br />North ~in Street. <br /> Also excepting therefrom the portion conveyed to the State <br />of California by deed recorded August llth, 1939 in 1006/390 of 0.R. <br />County of Orange <br />Commencing at a point 283 feet West of the Southeast corner <br /> N· <br />of the North half (~) of the SOuth half (S~) of the Southeast <br />quarter (SE~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE$) of Section 24, <br />Township 5 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B.&.M., in the City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, running <br />thence North 138.25 feet; thence West OO feet; thence South <br />138.25 feet; thence East 50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Also a right of way for ingress and egress over a strip of <br />land 60 feet wide abutting said property on the North, said <br />60 foot strip extending East to Main Street. <br /> <br />All said property is in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by t~ City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held <br /> <br />this 3rd day of June, 1940. <br /> <br />Fred C~ Rowland <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
