RESOLUTION NO. 2812 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING '2~ CANCELLATION OF <br /> TAES OE CITY O~NED PROPERTY <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do resolve as follows: <br /> <br />That the taxes levied on behalf of the City of Sauta Ana, together with <br /> <br />all penalties and costs, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly <br /> <br />itemized, are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the <br /> <br />records of such taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and <br /> <br />the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />of the County of Orange requesting an order cancelling all taxes levied against <br /> <br />said property. <br /> <br />The said taxes and the property upon which the same are assessed, are <br /> <br />itemized as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4) Block Six (6) and West ten (10) feet of <br />Lot Five (5) Block Six (6) "Blee's Addition to Santa Ana" <br /> <br />Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Four (4) of Tract No. 517 <br /> <br />Comfnencing at a point 183 feet West of the South-east <br />corner of the North one-half of the South one-half of <br />the South-east quarter of the South-east quarter of <br />Section 24, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B.&.M., <br />Running thence North 1383 feet; thence West 50 feet; <br />thence South 1385 feet and thence East 50 feet to the <br />place of beginning. <br /> Together with the right of ingress and egress over a <br />strip of land 60 feet wide abutting said property on the <br />North, said 60 foot strip extending East to ~in Street. <br /> <br />Commencing at a point 383 feet West of the Southeast corner <br />of the North half (N~) of the South half (S~) of the South- <br />east quarter (SE~) of the Southeast quarter (SE~) of Section <br />24, Tov~ship 5 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&.M., in the City <br />of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, running <br />thence North 1385 feet; thence West B0 feet; thence South <br />1383 feet; thence East 50 feet to the point ofbeginning. <br /> Also a right of way of ingress and egress over a strip of <br />land 60 feet wide abutting said property ca the North, said <br />60 foot strip extending East to Main Street. <br /> <br />That portion of the North half (N~) of the South half (S½) of <br />the Southeast-quarter (SE~) of the Southeast quarter (SE~) <br />of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Five (5) South, Range <br />Ten (10) West, S.B.B.&.M., described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 133 feet West of the Southeast corner <br />thereof; running thence North 1385 feet; thence West 50 feet; <br />theace South 138~ feet; thence East B0 feet to the place of <br />beginning~ together with a right of way for ingress and egress <br />over a strip of land 60 feet wide abutting said premises on <br />the North and extending East to Main ~treet. <br /> <br />PASSED AND A~0 PTED by the City Council at a regular meeting held ma the <br /> <br />3rd day of June, 1940. <br /> <br />Fred C- Rowland <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
