RESOLUTION N0· 28~0 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS THE CITY C0-~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property set forth immediately following their names, as follows; J. Will!am SacL~nan and Gertrude E. S ackman Beginning at a point in the center line of Eighth Street distant 229.85 feot Westerly fro~ the intersection of the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Olive Street~ 40 feet in width as it existed Southerly from Eighth Street prior to 1933, with the center line of Eighth Street; thence Southerly along a line drawn parallel to Olive Street a distance of 48~2 feet to a point distant 84 feet Northerly measured at right sngles from the North line of Block B Grouard's Addition to the Town of Santa Aha, as shown on a ~p recorded in Book 23, page 38 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence Westerly along a line dra~rn parallel to and distant 3~ feot Northerly from the North line of said Block B, Grouard's Addition, a distance of 181.gv feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line drawn parallel to Olive Street a distance of feet to an intersection with the center line of Eighth Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Eighth Street 181.8V feet to the point of beginning. Subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1939-~0, and subsequent taxes of record, and easements of record. Santa Ana Mortgage and Investment Company Beginning at the Northeast corner of "Constantine,s Addition to the "Tov~ of Santa Ana", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 23, page ~2 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Ange~s County, California; thence North 1~.83 feet, more or less, to a point in the East line of and distant 330.8~ fe~t Southerly from the Northeast corner of that certain parcel of land described as follows, to-wit: "Beginning ll.gV chains West of the center of Olive and Fifth Streets in the Ross Addition to Santa Ana; thence North 15.17 chains; thence West 4 chains; thence South l$.l~ chains and thence East 4 chains to the point of beginning."
