RES0]~UTION NO, 2828 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RES0~VED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City <br />sell to J. Ross McClure its right, title and interest in and to that certain <br />real property belonging to this City, 'and described as being in the City of <br />Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Twenty-two (22) in Block Twenty-two (22) of Tract No. 352 <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, end they are hereby anthorized to execute <br />a quitclaim deed to said property to J. Ross McClure upon receipt by the City <br />of the sum of One Hundred Twenty-five and no/lO0 Dollars ($125.00) as full <br />purchase and sale price thereof. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City COuncil of the City of Santa Aha, at <br />its regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 1940. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
