KESOLUTION NO. 2830 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARSING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2485 of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council did declare that the following curb along the public highways in the <br />City of Santa Aha shall be painted Green and shall bear a legend in white letters <br />thereon indicating that the maximtun time limit fe~ parking shall be twenty (20) <br />minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br /> <br /> said curb to be painted as <br /> <br />and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br />above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> FOUR STREET <br /> <br />On the North side between Broadway and Sycamore Street, located as <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly 40 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate that <br />certain twenty minute parking zone as above describede <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing twenty minute zone is <br />hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on <br />said curb to be removed or coverede <br /> <br /> AND, WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of Califonula, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council <br />did declare that the following curbs along the public highways in the City of <br />Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 <br />of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between Sixth Street and Fifth Street, located as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 42 feet of the Northerly 241 feet. <br /> <br /> AND it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate that <br />certain freight loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing freight loading zone <br />is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint <br />on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> HE IT FURTHER RESOEVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the <br />City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the public highways <br />in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow as provided in Subdivision "H" <br /> <br /> <br />
