RESOLUTION NO. 28S9 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOF. LOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, does hereby accept that certa1~ deed from the follo~ng named person to the property set forth ~mmedtately following her name, as follows: Candelaria Villarreal Commencing at a point 583 feet West of the Southeast corner of the North half (Nh) of the SOuth half (S~) of the Southeast quarter~(SE~) of the Southeast quarter (SE~) of Section 24,~Townshlp 5 South~ Range 10 West, S.B.B.&.Mo; running thence North 138~ feet; thence West 50 feet; thence South 138~ feet; thence East 50 feet to the ~point of beginning. Together with a right of way for ingress end egress over a strip of land 60 feet wide, &b~t~u~ said property on the ~North, said 60 foot strip extending East to Main Street.
