R$SOLUTION NO. 2854 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property set forth immediately following their names, as follows: Emmet C. Rogers and Juna Rogers Beginning at the Northwest ~orner of land conveyed to Emmet C. Rogers et nE by a deed recorded September 25, 1940, in Book 1065, at page 129, of Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder of. said Orange ~ounty,., and running from said point of beginning North 89 38' 20 East along the North line of said land, 123.18 feets thence South 0° 08t 40" West 25.00 feet to the North line of Lot Thirteen (13) of Tract No. 1064, as per map thereof recorded in Book 34, at page 27, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of saSd Orange County; thence South 89° 38' 20" West along said North line, 1~3.18 feat to the Northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence North 0° 08~ 40" East 25.00 feet to the point of beginning. R~serving therefrom a right of way for ingress and egress over the South 12.00 feet thereof for the use of the owner of said Lot 13. Stewart S. Smith and Margaret D. Smith Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1) of Tract No. 730, as shown on a map recorded in Book 27, at page 40, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, and running from said point of beginning South along the East line of said lot, 89.06 feet to a curve having a radius of 1970.00 feet and concave to the West, said curve being shown on a map of Tract No. 1064 recorded in Book 34, at page 27, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along said curve 89.08 feet to a point in the North line of said Lot One (1), 2.68 feet West from the Northeast corner of said lot; thence East along said North line 2.68 feet to the point of.beginning. All said property is in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California.
