RESOLUTION NO. 2869 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF HEAL PROPEHTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOEUED, by the Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to R~solution of Intention so to do, that this City sell <br />to Thomas Shoen that ~rtaiA~real prcperty belonging to this City, and described <br />as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Seven (7) of Tract No. 517 and that the <br />Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said <br />property to Thomas Shoen upon receipt by the City of the sum of One Hundred and <br />Fifty and no/lO0 Dollars ($150.00) as full purchase and sale price thereof, and <br />upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of delinquent <br />t axe s. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at <br />its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1940. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Fred C.
