RESOLUTION ~0..2,VV2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORmZ~Na EXECUTION 0P LEAS~ 0P <br />REAL PROPERTY TO THE COL~NTY OF ORANGE <br /> <br />BE IT EESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the County of Orange and the City of Santa Aha are desirous of <br />cooperating for the purpose of obtaining from the State of California and frc~ the <br />Works Progress Administration certain funds with which to construct a State Fair and <br />Exposition Building~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THh~EFORE, ~h~ Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and deliver a lease of certain real property owned <br />by the City of Santa Aha, being a portion of a certain-tract of land assigned to <br />Julian Chavez in the partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha for the term of <br />28 years, commencing on the 1st day of April, 19~0, at the annual rate of One ($1.00) <br />Dollar per year, with an option to extend the said lease for an additional period of <br />ten (10) years, all under certain terms and conditions as set forth in the said <br />lease, a copy of which lease is on file in the office of the City Clerk~ <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the <br />day of March, 19~0e <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
