· RESOLUTION .NO. 2779 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuaut to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Sauta Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of S~nta Aha Regulating the use of Public High- ways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the public highways in t he City of Santa Aha shall be painted green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximt~ time 1Lmit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: BROAI~VAY On the East side between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, located as follows: The Southerly l0 feet of the Northerly 28 feet. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council cf the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1940. ATTEST: E. L.
