RESCLUTION N0. 2788 · R~SOLUTI0h~ A~,EPT~IG DEEDS TPKE CIT~ COUNCIL OF T~IE CIT~£ OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLL0?IS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Sauta Aha, does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property set forth innnediately following their names, as follows: Otto R. Lane snd Ella II. Lane Beginning at the intersection of the ~oz~th line of Fifth Stre~ , with the Westerl~ line of Western Avenue, and rumning thence Westerly along the ~orth line of West Fifth Street, l~0 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the center line of North Artesia Street 1~$ feet; thence Easterly, parallel with the North line of West Fifth Street, 155.S~ feet ~ore or less to the West line of Western Avenue; thence Southerly, along said West line of Western Avenue, lB0 feet to the point of beginning.
