RESOLUTION NO . 2V97 RESOLUTION FOR SAIE OF TAX DEEDED PROPERT~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana: THAT, pursuant to Resolution of Intention s o to do, that this City sell to I. N. Kohler that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as being the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, and particularly described as follows: West 5.25 acres of the North half (N~) of the South half Sx (~) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE~) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE~) of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, SBB&M. Reserving therefrom right of way for street purposes over all that portion of the hereinabove described property to be conveyed lying East of the following described line: Beginning at a point 40 feet West of the intersection of the center line of Broadway with the South line of Anahurst Place, as shown on a Map of Tract No. 597, recorded in Book 19, page 7, Official Records of Orange County, Califomia; thence Southerly along a line drawn parallel t o the Southerly extended center line of South Broadway, a distance of 332.$ feet to a point in the South line of said property. Reserving therefrom an ea~ement 21.5 feet in width, being five feet Westerly and 16.50 feet Easterly from and parallel to the Southerly extended center line of Birch Street as it exists North of Anahurst Place. Said reservation being for the purpose of installing and ~in- raining municipal sewer and/or water lines, with the right of Ingress and egress at any and all times for such purposes. Also reserving therefrc~ an easement 21.5 feet in width, being five feet Westerly and 16.50 feet Easterly from and parallel to the Southerly extended center line of Ross Street as it exists North of Anahurst Place. Said reservation being for the purpose of installing and main- taining municipal sewer and/or water lines, with the right of ingress and egress at any and all times for said purposes. and that the ~yor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said property to I. N. Kohler upon receipt by the City of the sum of Twelve Hundred Twenty-five and no/lO0 Dollars ($1,225.00) as the full purchase and sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of delinquent t&xese PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1940.
