RESOLUTION NO. 60-20 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY <br />IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CUNNINGHAM BUILDERS INC. has delivered to tae City II O~O <br />a Deed dated December 29, 1959, conveying a 20-foot strip on the <br />East side of Tract No. 2482; and <br /> WHEREAS, ERMA B. GUNTHER~ has delivered to the City a deed dated~! <br />January 5, 1960, conveying a l0 foot easement for water main purposes <br />over the South side of Boles A~enue, East of Harbor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~ELBA JONES and GOLDIE M. JONES have delivered to the //D%i <br />City a Deed dated Jauuary 4, 1960, conveying a 10-foot easement for <br />watex, main purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, East of Harbor; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~.AVAGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. has delivered to the /~o~ <br />City a Deed dated November 24, 1959, conveying an 8-foot easement <br />for drainage purposes East of Cooper Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds a re without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said <br /> <br />deeds and Carl J.
