BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 00UNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this <br />City sell to Flora M. Hu~che,on~ a married <br />that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as <br />being in the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, and <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> South 10 ft. of Lot 11, Block "B", Hawkins Addition <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to <br />execute a quitclaim deed to said p~operty to <br /> <br /> Flora M.
