R~SOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER OP~DINA~CE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the prO- <br />visions of Ordinance No. 103© of the City of Santa Ana, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the use of Public Highways within said ~itya, adopted <br /> <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that the <br />following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa <br />Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "Ha <br />of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Eng- <br />ineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />Yellow, as follows, to-wit~ <br /> <br />Street, <br /> <br /> ,S~URGEON STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side, between Fourth Street and Fifth <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The South 19 ft. of the North 90.5 ft. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana at its <br />of ,, ~ , <br /> <br /> Council of the City <br />regular meeting held on the .... ~ day <br /> <br />1943. <br /> <br />ATTEST,, ~:rk.C ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
