BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AB FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled <br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use <br />of Public Highways within eald City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb <br />along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be <br />painted Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 <br />of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby <br /> <br /> ae follows, <br /> <br />directed to cause said curb to be painted Yellow, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Street, <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br />On the West side, between First Street and Walnut <br />located as follows: <br /> <br />The Southerly 48 feet of the Northerly 175 feet. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />day of ~ ..., 19~3. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Council of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
