RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PHOPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this Tenan~cs City sell to Y~naclo 0alvlllo _and ~tl;~$ 0alvillo. huabmnd and wife as Join~/ that c¢~.~in real propcr~y belonging to this City, and described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange Cou~ty, California, and particularly described as follows: That portion of vacated Fruit St. Described as Follows: Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Block 52 of Santa Ana East, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, pages 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence North-easterly along the South- easterly line of said Block 52 to the most Easterly co~ner thereof; thence South-easterly along a straight line drawn between the most Easterly corner of said Block 52 and the most Northerly corner of Block 51 of said Santa Ana East and the continuation of said line, 94.2V feet, more or less, to apotnt in the Northerly line of Fruit Street as it now exists, sixty feet in width; thence Westerly along said Northerly line to a point in the South-easterly prolong- ation of the South-westerly line of said Block 52; thence North-westerly thereon bo the point of beginning. and that the Nayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said property to Ygnacio Oalvlllo and MaShie Oalvillo, husban~ and wife, as Joint Tenants, upon receipt by the City of the sum of ~wo Hundred and FX£$2 and ~/100 Dollars ~$~§0.00) .... as full purchase and sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of delinquent taxes.
