RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT <br />AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH T-HE TAX <br />COLLECTOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />did, on the 15th'day of March, 1943, pass Resolution No. 3204, <br />determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a <br />wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth <br />as to become a fire menace when dry and which are noxious <br />and dangerous, were .growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and <br />private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the <br />itemized report submitted herewith; and <br /> WHEREAS, on the l~h day of April, 19~, the City <br />Council furIher passed Resolution No. 3218, ordering the <br />Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public <br />nuisance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given <br />notice as required by law, in which notice the 2nd day of <br />August, 1943, at the hour of 7:30 olclock p.m., was fixed as <br />the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said <br />City as the place, where any and all persons interested in the <br /> <br /> said report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent <br />submitted the said report, and all of said protests or <br />objections to said report having been heard; and <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana that all of said protests or objections to <br />the said report of the work done, be and the same are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
