Said remote <br />control circuits are in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California. <br /> <br /> The Licensee shall make no alterations or additions to <br />said wires or other equipment placed upon said poles, or any of <br />them, without first securing the approval of the District <br />Superintendent of Licensor to such alterations and <br />a~ditions. <br /> <br /> Ail wires,~ ex. ss arms, and other appliances erected, <br />maintained, and operated on said poles by Licensee hereunder, <br />shall be erected, maintained, and operated in strict accordance <br />with the laws of the State of California, the rules, regulatione, <br />and orders of the Railroad Commission of said State, and the orderJ <br />rules, and regulations of any other officer or commission having <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
