It is further agreed that no new attachments of such <br />telephone, telegraph or other signal wires or cables will Be ma~e <br />on the poles or equipment of the Licensor without first notifying <br />the Division or District Superintendent of the Licensor so that <br />the same may be attached in sush manner aa not to interfere with <br />the electric transmission and distribution lines of the Licensor, <br />and in a manner conforming to all the rules and regulations of <br />the Railroad Commission of the State of 0alifornia covering such <br />attachments. <br /> <br />IN WITI~SSWBF~0F, the parties hereto have cauee~ <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
