BE IT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~259 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City'of Santa Ana, entitled #An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of <br />Public Highways within said Cityl, adopted April 6, 1936, the <br />City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along <br />the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted <br />Yellow, as provided in Subdivision NH# of Section 9 of said <br />Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />cause said curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-vit: <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the West sid~ between First Street and Walnut <br />Street, located as follows: <br /> <br />The Southerly Z5 feet of the Northerly 200 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND A~0PTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the l'6t~hday of August, <br />19~3. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
