RESOLUTION NO. 5260 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of <br />Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the <br />City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along <br />the public highways in the. City of Santa Ana shall be painted <br />Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said <br />Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause said curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Street, <br /> <br /> FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> On the So~th side, between Main Street and Bush <br />located as follows~ <br /> <br /> The Easterly 32 feet of the Westerly 257 feet. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the .. lSth day <br /> <br />of August , 1943. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />( SEAL ) <br /> <br /> <br />
