ESOLUTION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH sTREETS IN THE <br /> <br /> CITY OF ~NTA ANA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~NTA ANA, as follows: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br /> State of 0alifornia, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br /> <br />'No. 1030 of the. City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the <br /> City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within <br /> said City~, adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby <br /> declare that all of the following named public streets and highways <br /> within the said City of Santa Ana between the limits hereinafter <br /> described are hereby declared to be through streets, highways and <br /> boulevamis within the meaning contemplated and intended by the <br /> Vehicle Code of the State of Oalifornla: <br /> <br /> McCLAY STI{F~T- (State Highway Route No. 181) - from First <br /> Street to the South City Limits, excepting at its intereectiom <br /> with McFadden Street, and providing that at the intersection of <br /> Chestnut Street and McOlay .Street all traffic ,on Chestnut Street <br /> shall stop before entering McClay Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of ~anta <br /> Ana at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the , ~-J ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
