D. Samuels and Sam Walker, doing business under <br /> the name of Agricultural Laboratory of Orange County, for the pur- <br /> chase and removal by said Agricultural Laboratory of certain sludge <br /> developed in the operation of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewage <br /> Disposal Plant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of said proposed agreement is hereto at- <br />tached and said proposed agreement in said form meets with the ap- <br />proval of said council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the <br />parties concerned that said agreement in the form hereto attached be <br />executed by the city through its mayor and clerk on behalf of the <br />said parties signatory. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, that the Mayor of the City of Santa Ana is hereby <br />authorized to execute said contract on behalf of said parties <br />signatory, and that the City Clerk of the City. of Santa Ana is <br />hereby authorized and directed to attest her signature thereto. This <br />authority shall be exercised only when said mayor and said city <br />clerk are so authorized by the cities of Anaheim, Orange and Fullerton <br />parties to said joint outfall sewer agreement. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted at <br />held on the 4th day of October, <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />a regular meeting of the City Council <br /> <br />1943. <br /> <br /> <br />
