RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONC~.~N~ PAm~I~'~ ~I~ATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled <br /> <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways Within said City", adopted Aorll 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public Highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red <br />as.provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to csuse <br />said curb to be painted Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the East <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH IRWIN STREET <br /> <br />side between Third and Fourth Streets, <br /> <br /> The Southerly 30 feet. <br /> <br /> And on the West side between Third and Fourth Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 30 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the //~--- day of <br /> ~ , 1943. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> i y lerk. <br /> <br />Nay o r// <br /> <br /> <br />
