RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI~ITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Sants Aha Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public Highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Red <br />as provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the East <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br />side between SeCond and Third Streets, <br /> <br />The Northerly ~2 feet. <br /> <br />And on the West side between Second and Third Streets, <br /> <br />located as follows: <br /> <br />The Northerly 49 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa A~ regular meeting held on the ,, day of <br /> , 19~3. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Cit~y Clerk.~ <br /> <br /> <br />
