J3 .Z <br /> <br />UNOER O NANCE NO. lOgO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, adopted on the 5th day of October, 1936, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Sant~ Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highways in the City of Santa ~Ana shall be painted Yellow <br />as provided in Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br />the curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the East <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 23 <br /> The Southerly 19 <br /> <br /> FRENCH STREET <br /> <br />side between Fourth and Third Streets, <br /> <br />feet of the Northerly 52 feet. <br />feet of the Northerly ll4 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate those certain loading zones as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW T~REFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zones are hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the oaint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. 103O, the following curb <br /> <br /> <br />
