RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ ~ Q ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH STREETS IN THE <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ANTA ANA, as follows: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions~ of Ordinance <br />No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the <br />City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said <br />City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare <br />that the following named public street within the said City of Santa <br />Ana between the limits hereinafter described is hereby declared to <br />be a through street, within the meaning contemplated and intended <br />by the Vehicle Code of the State of California: <br /> <br /> EIGHTH STREET - from the West property line of Broadway <br />to the East property line of Flower Street, and from the West <br />property line of Flower Street to the East ~roperty line of Bristol <br />Street, and providing that traffic on all streets intersecting <br />Eighth Street, within the above named limits, shall stop before <br />entering Eighth Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council cf the City of <br /> a~Jom~ne~ the~ <br />Santa Ana at ~regular/meeting ~f said City Council held on ~ ~.~ <br />day of ,, ~, 1943. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />( SFAL ) <br /> <br /> <br />
