RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 32~2 of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, adopted on the 6th day of July, 19~3, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code.of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled NAn Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />~he City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow <br />as provided in Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br />the cur~ to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the East <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> SpURGEON STREET, <br /> <br />side, between Fourth and Fifth Streets, <br /> <br /> The South 19 feet of the North 90.5 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br />loading zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is <br /> <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on <br /> <br />covered. <br /> <br /> pASSED AND ADOPTED'by the <br /> <br />said curb to be removed or <br /> <br />City Council o'f the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana, at its re.ar _~/~~4~ meeting held on <br />the of. , <br /> <br />ATTEST ~ ~ <br /> City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
