P SOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by previous Resolutions of the City Council of <br /> the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br /> Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions' <br /> of Ordinance No. i030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An <br /> Ordinance Regulating the Use 'of Public Highways within said City", <br /> adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that the <br /> following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa <br /> Aha shall be painted Yellow as provided in Subdivision "h# of <br /> Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and 'the City Eng~ineer was <br /> thereby directed to cause the curb to be painted as above described <br /> on the following curb, towit: <br /> <br /> WEST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Ross and Birch Streets, 'located <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 14 feet of the West 102 feet. <br /> The East 14 feet of the We~t 239 feet. <br /> On the North side between Broadway and Sycamore Street, <br /> located as follows: <br /> The East 14 feet of the West 32 feet. <br /> AND, it is the d~sire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate those certain loading zones as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br /> zones are hereby eliminated, add the City Engineer is hereby directed <br /> to cause the paint on said curbs to be removed Or covered. <br /> <br /> <br />
