A parcel of land on Artesia Street 126 ft North of 8th St. described as follows:- Beginning at a point in the West line of Artesia Street as said Street was established by deed to the City of Santa Aha, Orange C~unty, California and dated December 19th, 1924 and recorded in Book 646 page 66 of Deeds, said point being 126 feet North of the intersection of said line with the North llne of Eighth Street (formerly Hickey Street): thence Northerly along said West line of Artesia Street 184 feet more or less to the So~th line of the land conveyed to Deborah Carter Truman by Deed recorded December 3rd, 1924 in Book 662, page 22V of Deeds: thence Westerly along said South line 126 feet: thence Northerly parallel to the said West line of Artesia Street 46 feet: thence Westerly parallel to the North line of Eighth Street 2~1.6 feet to the Northwest corner of the land conveyed to Benjamin Walker and wife by Deed recorded May 18th, 1923 in Book 4~3, page 73 of Deeds: thence South along the West line of the land conveyad to Benjamin Walker and wife by said deed 230 feet to a point 126 feet North of the North line of Eighth Street: thence East and parallel with said North line of Eighth Street, ~96.6 feet to the point of beginning. and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim dee to said p~op, ty to PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa ina, at rs regular meeting held on the 6th day o~fpril, City Clerk STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS CITY OF SANTA ANA ) I, Erma Keeler, City Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly ~assed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at the regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1943, by the following vgte, to-wit: !
