RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: THAT, V~EP~S, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of that certain real property hereinafter described, and EEP~AS, the parcels hereinafter described consist of those certain lots and parcels of land within the City of Santa Ana, which said property has been acquired by the City of Santa Ana by deed and/or purchase from the owners of the fee title thereto and/or from the County Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, under the provisions of the Statutes of the State of California, in such cases made and provided, and ~EREAS~ the City of Santa Aha has no use for said property or any thereof for public purposes, and it is the opinion of the City Council that said property should be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of S~nta Aha, and WHEREAS, offers have been made for the purchase of said parcels by private individuals, and an opportunity has arisen to sell the same into private ownership: NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the~,Cit~of Santa Aha does hereby declare that it intends to and will at a regular meeting of said Council to be he,ld on the 3rd day of May, 19~3, s~ll its right, title and interest in and to said property at the prices here- inafter~ set forth immediately following the description of said parcels~ to the person who has offered in writing to purchase the same at said price, unless at said meeting the City Council shall receive a bid for said parcel~or parcels at least *eh per cent (10~) in excess of said bid, in which event said property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at said meeting, and the Mayor and City Clerk will thereupon be directed to make, property to the said said bid. execute and deliver a Quitclaim deed to such highest bidder upon receipt of the amount of
