BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by previous Resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, and oursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, <br />entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did <br />declare that the following curbs and pavement adjacent thereto <br />along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be <br />painted with stripes to indicate that diagonal parking is <br />permitted as provided in Subdivision "D" of Section 9, of said <br />Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer.was thereby directed <br />to cause the curb to be painted as above described on the <br />following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side between Sixth and Seventh Streets. <br /> <br /> AIfD, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain diagonal parking as above described. <br /> <br />NOW TI~REFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br />diagonal parking is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is <br /> <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said <br />be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City <br /> <br />curb and pavement to <br /> <br />Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the /Y~day of <br /> <br />,1944. <br /> <br />ATTEST:.~u~ <br /> City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
