RESOLUTION NO. <br /> / <br /> RESOLUTIO~ CON.OERI~I~ PARKING LIIfITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO, 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT BESOLVED BY THE CITY COUUC!L OF THE CI~£ OF SANTA ANA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3354 of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the orovisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana entitled <br />"An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said <br />City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that <br />the following curb along the Public Highway in the City of Santa <br />Ana shall be painted Green and shall bear a legend in white letters <br />~hereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall <br />be l0 minutes as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of <br />said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed <br />to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the fol- <br />lowing curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides from Sixth Street to Seventh Street. <br /> <br /> AND, since it is now the desire of the City Council <br />to change such parking time limit from ten (10) minutes to <br />twenty (20) minutes, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br />ten (lO) minute parking limit be abandoned and that the above <br />described curb shall be painted Green and shall bear a legend <br />in white letters indicating thst the parking time limit is <br />twenty (20) minutes, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />cause said curb to be painted as above described. <br /> <br /> <br />
