RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA: That public convenience requires that this City acquire real <br />property within the City of Santa Ana which may be suitable for park <br />and street purposes; and that <br /> <br /> Inasmuch as an opportunity has arisen to acquire a parcel <br />of property suitable for such purpose and which does not require the <br />expenditure during any fiscal year of more money than can be expended <br />out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of that year; <br /> <br /> Now, therefore, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and empowered to enter into an agreement of purchase of <br />that real property located in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, <br /> <br />California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot 7 of Tract No. 721, as shown on <br />a Map recorded in Book 22, page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps, <br />records of said Orange County, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of ~aid <br />Tract No. 721, and running thence South 89° 47' East along <br />the Easterly extension of the North line of said Lot, <br />55.24 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave <br />Southwesterly and having a radius of lO feet; thence in a <br />general Southerly direction through a central angle of <br />138° Ol' 30" a distance of 24.09 feet; thence tangent to <br />said curve South 48° 14' 30'' West 98.81 feet to the South- <br />east corner of said Lot 8; thence Northeasterly along the <br />Easterly line of said Lot 8, 83.98 feet to the point of <br />beginning; <br /> <br />and that the purchase price to be paid for said property herein <br /> <br />described shall be ~250. <br /> <br /> PASSED Ah~ ADOPTED AT A regular meeting of <br />Council held on the/~ day of~~, 19 .~ <br /> <br />the City <br /> <br />City Ulerk <br /> <br /> <br />
