RESOLUTION 64-20 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, M P G RANCH, a partnership, has delivered to the <br />City a deed dated February 5, 1964, conveying a parcel of real <br />property at the Northwest corner of Warner Avenue and Newport <br />Boulevard, Santa Aha, California, for a MWD vault site, in con- <br />sideration of the payment of $1,845.00. Said transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 50673-K with Security Title Insurance <br />Company, Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed and Carl J.
