RESOLUTION N0.~ KESOLUTION DECLAR~ING RESULT OF EIECTION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolu- tion No. ~ of said City, duly called and provided for the holding of an election to be held on the 25th day of ~une, 1946, in that certain territory in Orange County, California, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Tract No. 284, Chanticleer Manor, as per map thereof recorded in Book 14, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said point being on the Westerly extension of the Northerly line of Tract No. 560, McFadden Home Tract No. 4, as per map thereof re- corded in Book 19, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, said point being also on the East boundary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence Easterly along said Westerly extension and said Northerly line of Tract No. 5~0 to the Northeasterly corner of said Tract No. 560, said Northeast corner being a point on the Westerly llne of Tract No. 896, Central Manufacturing District, Section No. 1, as per map thereof recorded in Book 20, pages 45 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County; thence continuing Easterly along the Easterly extension of said Northerly line of Tract No. 580 to a point which is 125 feet East of the East line of standard Avenue, as said Avenue is shown on said Tract No. 696; thence South parallel to and distant lZ5 feet from the East line of said Standard Avenue to the South line of said Tract No. 696, bein8 a point in Delhi Road; thence West along the South line of said Tract No. 696 and its Westerly extension to the Northeast corner of Emmett's Addition to South Santa Aha, as per map thereof recorded in Book 8, page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, being an angle point in the bom~dary line of the City of santa Aha; thence West along the North line of said Emmett's Addition, being along the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha to apoint in the Soutt~rly extension of the East line of Tract No. 838, Furman Tract No. 1, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, being an angle point in the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence North along the East llne of said Tract No. 638 and the East line of said Tract No. 284, being also along the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha to the Northeasterly corner of said Tract No. 284, being the point of beginning, and situated in the County of 0range~ State of California. for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the territory hereinbefore described, the proposition set forth in said resolution and hereinafter stated; and -1-
