BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the Cl~y of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Hl~hways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curbs along the public highway <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in <br />Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted <br />Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST EIGHTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Broadway and Birch Street, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 40 feet. <br /> <br /> On the South side between Broadway and Birch Street, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 40 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Clty Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the /~-~ day of <br /> , 1946. ×? <br /> <br /> ~ 7 <br />ATTEST:~ -- - 'U~'F- <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
