EXHIBIT A-1 RESOLUTION NO. ~/O A RES0LUTIOH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEE~ BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF ~ERICA ACTING BY A~D THROUGH THE FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THE City of Santa Aha TO PROVIDE ~LDDITI055%L TE~OP~RY HOUSING PUR- SUANT TO TITLE V (AS A},~NDED) OF L~%N~3D~ ACT. the United States of America acting by the Commissioner cf tho Federal Public Housing Authority and the Cit~ of Santa c~ Aha entered into m contract on the 18th day of ,Februar~ 1946, to provide temporary housing pursuant to Title V (as amended) of the Lanham Act, said contract being Nee Aha ing acco~odations be increased from ~ d~ lling u~ts~ N~, T~ORE, be it resolved ~ the (1) That ~e Mayor of HA(V-4582)mph-1 $ and . of Santa desires that the number of d~oll- 60 dwelling units to 80 Cit~ Council Santa bo and ho is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Cit~ of Santa Aha a supplemental contract in four counterparts o~nending the above numbered contract by changing the m~mbor of dwelling mocommodations mentioned in Section 1~01 thereof from 80 dwelling units to 80 _ dwelling units. (2) That tho Ci~ Clerk be ~nd.~ho is hereby authorized and directed to impress the corporate seal of the , Cit~ of Santa Aha on each copy of said four counterparts thereof and attest the same and forwmrd said four counterparts of said contract, together with throe certified copies of the extracts from the minutes of ~his meeting showing tho adoption of and containing this resolution to tho Regional Office~ Region VI, Federal Public Housing Authority.
