RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE N0. 1050 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by Resolutions No. 3322 and No. 3390 of the <br /> City Council of the City of Santa Ana, dated the 3rd day of <br /> January, 1944, and the 2nd day of April, 194§, pursuant to the <br /> provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of <br /> Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public <br /> Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br /> Council did declare that the following curb along the public high- <br /> way in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided <br /> in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, mud <br /> the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be <br /> painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Sycamore and Main Streets, <br /> located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 40 feet of the Westerly SO feet. <br /> <br /> The Easterly 13 feet of the Westerly 63 feet <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br /> and eliminate those certain loading zones as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zones are hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the ~ day of <br />,1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> y Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
