RESOLUTION N0.~__~ <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM <br />D~ OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described easements are no longer re- <br /> <br />quired by the City for present or future sewer purposes, <br /> <br />NON THEREFORE BE IT RESOLV~: That the City of Santa Aha execute <br /> <br />and deliver a quitclaim deed to the record owners thereof, of the fol- <br /> <br />lowing described interests in real property: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: <br /> <br />The Right of Way for sewer pur~ooses and a <br />right to enter upon, maintain and repair <br />sewers over a strip of land of sufficient <br />width, the center line of which begins at <br />a point 60 feet East and 45 feet North of <br />the Southwest corner of Lot Fou~, Block 18; <br />thence East parallel to East Fourth Street <br />26 feet, as g~anted in the deed from C. F. <br />Billings to the City of Santa Aha, recorded <br />January llth, lgll in Book lgS, page 116 <br />of Deeds. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: <br /> <br />An Easement for sewer purposes over the <br />Northerly 16 feet of the West 25 feet of <br />the East 100 feet of Lot Fou~, Block 16, <br />as conveyed to the City of Santa Aha by <br />deed recorded January llth, 1911 in Book <br />195, page 119 of Deedse <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute such deed on behalf of said City. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council cf the City cf Santa Aha, <br />this ~ day of ~, 1948. <br /> <br />City C'ler~ <br /> <br /> <br />
