RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MITATIONS <br /> ORDI A C NO. lOgO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 8, 1938, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curbs along the public highways <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in <br />Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted <br />Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST EIGHTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Flower and Olive Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The ~est 20 feet of the East lB1 feet. <br /> <br /> NORTH FLOWER STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between Sixth and Eighth Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The South 30 feet of the North 71 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> adjourned ~3~ <br />Santa Ana, at its regular~meettng held on the day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem <br /> <br /> <br />
