RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING EAS~,~NT FOR STREET PURPOSES .~¥HEREAS, chas. Eo Lawrence and Carrie Lawrence, husband and wife, have presented to the City council of the City of Santa Aha a Grant Deed dated September 19~ 19~8, conveying for all the uses and purposes of a public street, the following described real property in the City of S~nta Aha, coUnty of Orange, State of California: A strip of land ~0 ~eet in width for the South half of Anahu~st Place b~tween Main Street and Broadway, the North line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of I~ain Street 888.03 feet northerly from the corner of Sections 19, 2~ and 30, Township ~ South, Ranges 9 and l0 West. Said point being the intersection of the center line of ~ain Street and Anahu~st Place as shown on the ~ap of Tract No. 838, as recorded in Book 19, Page l~, Records of Orange County. Said point being also the Southeast corner of Tract No. ~9~, as recorded in Book 19, page 7, Records of Orange County. Thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 597, which is a~so the center line of Anahurst Place to an intersection with the center line of Broadway. Except- ing that portion previously deeded for Broadway and ~ain. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Ana accepts the said Deed granting an easement for street purposes, as hereinabove set forth, and ' t the City Clerk of the Ci y of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to record said deed with the County Recorder of Orange county, California. BE IT FURTHER REsOLVeD,~ that in accepting the said Deed the city of Santa Aha has no present intention of improving the property covered by said Deed, for street purposes, at its own expense, and that such improvements if and when made shall be at the expense of the property owner.
