Manderscheid has presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, a Grant Deed dated September 18, 1946, conveying to the City the following described real property in the County of Orange, State of California: A strip of land 30 feet wide, being 15 feet wide on each side of and measured at right angles to the following described center line: Commencing at a point in the West line of the East 40.5 feet of Lot lC, of the Williams Tract, which bears South 0° 14, 20" East 448.90 feet, more or less, distant from the point of intersection of the West llne of the East 40.8 feet of said Lot lC, with the center line of Delhi Road extended Easterly, said point being designated as Engineer, s Station $9 % 32.75 of the surveyed center line of the 0utfall Sewer of the City of Santa Ana; thence South 72° 58' 50" West 9~2.39 feet, more or less, along said surveyed center line to Engineer.s Station 68 S 6§.14 for the point of beginning; thence continuing South 72 West 1016.46 feet, more or less, to Engine.tis Station 78 % 81.60, which is a point in the East line of the West 2071.00 feet of Lot 10, of the Williams Tract. Said 30 foot strip of land containing 0.700 of an acre, more Or less. Subject to easements and rights of way of record. and subject to certain conditions and covenants in said Deed expressed. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Aha accepts the said Deed for the res.l property hereinabove described, subject to t he conditions and covenants in said Deed expressed, and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to record said Deed with the County Re- corder of Orange County, California.
