m .soL io <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED <br /> <br />W!~EREAS, Eugene Griset a~d ~.ula Griset have presented to the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha, a deed dated September 20th, 1946, be- <br />tween Eugene Griset and Lula Griset, his wife, Parties of the First Part, <br />as Grantors, aud the City of Santa Aha, a Municipal Corporation, Party of the <br />Second Part, as Grantee, whereby there is conveyed to the said City the real <br />property in said Deed described, for the uses and purposes and under the con- <br /> <br />ditions set forth ~n said Deed. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Ana accepts the said Deed for <br />the real property therein described, subject to the conditions and easements <br />in said Deed expressed, and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is here- <br />by instructed to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to said Deed <br />and cause said Deed, together with said certified copy, to be recorded with <br />the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of santa Ana, <br /> california, at a regular meeting thereof held on the f~ day of October, <br /> <br />1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />County of Orange : .ss <br />City of Santa Aha ) <br /> ER2~iA KEELER, City Clerk, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council, <br />of the City of Santa Ana, California, does hereby certify that the whole <br />number of members, of the City.
