RE OLU ION NO. Z 'IZ <br /> <br />UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cITY COUNCIL OF THE cITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2740 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha, dated the 15th day of January, 1940, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance regulating the <br />use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the Oity of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow <br />as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br /> No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br /> said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the West <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> BROADWAY <br /> <br />side between Third and Fourth Streets, <br /> <br />The Northerly 10 feet of the Southerly 84 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />5trected to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Ci~ <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~/~ day of <br /> <br />1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
