RESOLUTION AOOEPTING D~t) GRANTING EASEMENT FOR STRKN£ PI]RPOSES WHEREAS, Charles R. Beutel and Clio Beutel, lmsband and wife, have presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Ana a Grant Deed dated October 1Sth, 1946, conveying for all the uses and purposes of a public street, the following described ~eal property i~ the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California: A strip of land 50 feet in width, the Easterly line of which is the hereinafter described center line of Flower Street, frc~ a point in the said center line which is 147.22 feet North 0° 51' East of the center line of Fifteenth Street to a point in the said center line cf Flower Street which is 2?2.?6 feet North 0° ~1' East of the center line of Fifteenth Street, together with the strip of land approximately 4.06 feet wide on the Easterly side of said cen- ter line of Flower Street which was formerly a past of the land now held by Charles R. Beutel. Subject to easements and rights of way of record. The center line of Flower Street above referred to is more pem- ticula~ly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the canter line of Fifteenth Street, which point is 5 feet S~uth 89~ 46, 50# West of the intersection of the center line of Fifteenth Street with the center line of Flower Street, as shown on the Map of Tract No. 1012, as recorded in Book 53, page 19, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; running thence North 0° 51, East a distance of 756.68 feet to an intersection of the center line of Flower Street with the center line of Seventeenth Street, as shown on the plans for the acquisition and improvement of Seventeenth Street, Assessment District No. 192, which are on file in the office of the City Engineer of Santa Ana, and also as shown on a Map of Tract No. 748, recox.ded in Book 50, page 9, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County.
